The gentleman is either exceptionally busy or cannot be bothered to keep his word. On two occasions he promised to call me/come to assess the job. Both times I had to call him just to know what is going on. Complete waste of time.
Managed a multi discipline renovation project. Time, monetary and quality promises were kept and I would recommend.
