Jeanette’s customer service, friendliness and efficiency was something I very much appreciated and Lee was kind enough to see me on the very same day I got in touch, his knowledge, support, kindness and professionalism was also something I was very grateful for, thank you both and I highly recommend!

LB Audio fitted me in, in short notice, Lee was very knowlagable and explained the full procedure and what was happining as he was working on my ears, felt totaly at ease. Results were instant, no pain or discomfort. Excellant, professional service, well reccomended for anyone who requires wax removal.
