We are currently in the process of buying a property where Ushi Is acting for the seller. She has taken so long to reply to a simple inquiry regarding probate making me wonder if they are hiding something. We are on a tight schedule and this is putting the sale at risk of falling through. Both the solicitor and agent have chased.
