A great local management company. Layzells manage our building and have always been helpful and quick to assist with any questions. It's great to have them on the door step instead of having to contact the bigger companies where you are one of hundreds of buildings they deal with. Jo and the team are always happy to help and advise on things that come up

This estate agent has a truly ridiculous tenant vetting process. Based on what grounds am I not allowed to attend a viewing and take some pictures for my partner, who is looking to move to the area?? Instead, a disabled person is expected to pay a hundred quid for a train ticket for the mere opportunity of LOOKING at a flat? This smacks of disciminatory treatment.
If I could then zero stars I would. Firstly, during the purchase of our flat this so called management company held everything up and couldn’t answer even the most basic of questions let alone the harder ones! Since moving into the flat I have been emailing Jo and had no response but have heard from other owners within our complex that Jo is also completely useless. I would avoid this company at all costs as they are a total waste of time.
