Company overall is really good , too bad they employ unprofessional people. If you're looking to buy or rent a house, and the representative agent is Chloe , ask for a different agent or just take your business somewhere else. She's really unprofessional, constantly pushing, and forcing people into rush decisions. She's just a bully on someone's else money . Thinking to make a formal complaint against her .
What can I say the best part about dealing with Lawsons was Hayley she was so patient with our first time purchase. Nothing was to much for her she went above and beyond for me ( even when I was stressed as the sale took way longer than we expected). Every email answered, every call returned, checking in consistently, always made me feel like I was not an inconvenience ( unlike others made me feel ) thats what you want from an agent. Amazing! I have had the best experience with lawsons estate agents when buying my first house! So much so that when the time comes to sell I will be coming back to lawsons 100 percent! Super helpful from start to finish without being over pushy like some of the other agents I experienced in thetford.
