We bought a property very recently through Lawson Rose. Ryan, who initially showed us around the property was personable, helpful and polite. We put in a couple of bids for the property through Daniel, who is one of the senior agents. The second bid was accepted but we quickly realised that he misrepresented our bid by adding an extra £1k.
