I'm not sure why this surgery is still accepting new patients when they seem to have absolutely no capacity to see the patients they've already got. I've been with this surgery for about 18 months and have yet to actually see anyone. When I have been given an appointment it was 4 weeks away on both occasions to just speak to a doctor virtually and was given a timeframe rather than an actual timeslot. I went to Lawson Road GP on March 26th at 8:03 because I suspected I was having a heart attack. The receptionist said I wasn't a doctor to diagnose me, then sent me home to call them and the doctor would call me back. And that's what happened! Then half an hour later the doctor called me and told me to go to the emergency room immediately because I was probably having a heart attack. . Which I did. Friendly and professional
Receptionist's think they are above everyone when they really are not, so rude when ringing up with issues I hate it for myself, but when it’s for children when we’ve been told previously children under 5 get seen when poorly but apparently today that wasn’t the case! Don’t know what charm school some of you graduated from but when people are poorly they need people to be nice not rude!
