RecommendedHighly recommend! I absolutely love my apartment! I love that it’s quite and secure! We are truly a community over here. Not to mention how amazing the leasing office is! They always put their residents first! One other thing soooooo affordable!!
We highly recommend living here! Best apartments on the northeast side of Indy. The office staff is wonderful! The apartments are updated and spacious. extra perk is the dog park.

I’ve lived there for about 5 years now and haven’t had any major issues. The maintenance team is A-1 and the groundskeeper make sure the complex looks good at all times. The office staff is wonderful, especially the office manager Ms.Dee.

I've been at Lawrence Landing for a few months now and I love it. I always get compliments on how spacious my 1bedroom apartment is. I love how quiet it is out here as well.
I moved in the Lawnmower Landing community/area this past October. so far, its been a good couple of months here so far. The unit is a decent size, for me personally having a 1bdrm..the staff are nice & genuine...& I really like the all access to the laundry/fitness room,...like I mentioned, its been a pleasant experience so far
