RecommendedI have been here for two years and I love the quietness and the view of the lake. Only thing I don’t like is the kids throwing things over balcony and lands in don’t of my apartment.
I love how quiet the apartments are the only thing is I’ve had mice since I’ve been here it seems like it is not being taken serious by the the staff. I’ve called multiple times to have the mice problem taken care of and no one is seeming to know how they are coming in all I get told is that it’s cold it’s normal when I’ve never had mice any where else I’ve lived. The walls are very thin as well I hear foot steps every time someone moves above me. I just want my lease to be over NOW !

I’ve lived here for about 2 years now with my roommate i’ve never had any problems they are very great staff they keep everything clean from the office to your door we pay about 880 for a two bedroom two bath but the prices went up to 930 other than that i’ve lived in four different apartments and these are probably the best ones I’ve ever lived in mainly because of the Great staff
Me and my family have lived here for 5 years now. Really nice place to live. The only thing is I wish the local bus had a stop closer by but I know they don't control that. a bonus that there is a laundry room. Kevin and Angela Warfield

We have lived her for going on 6 years. Maintenance is always helpful, and super quick to fix an issue. The office staff is amazing and always friendly! Miss Dee in the office is the most amazing apartment manager I’ve come across. Always there to answer questions if we have them and sometimes answer questions we didn’t know we had. The grounds are always amazing and the landscapers are super friendly and efficient as well.
My fiancée and I are new residents at Lawrence Landing, and the management is top of the line in service and hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a residence.
I’ve been here since March and I absolutely love my home. The application process was very easy and the communication during the process was great. I enjoy the online portal for the residents where we submit maintenance request which never go unnoticed. I also love the fact that we can submit rent payments using the portal as well.
