They were scheduled to mow our lawn and trim hedges... they texted the the lawn didn’t need mowing! They also didn’t do any hedging
LawnStarter - Hires third party providers. In my case, the provider didn't show up and the company couldn't provide any assistance. Don't go this route.
It’s been over two weeks since signing up and I have yet to receive a cut! My “crew” has been changed 5 times, so of course my grass is well over 6” now. Thankfully they waived the extra fee for that. Ridiculous. I do NOT recommend!
Inconsistent crews that show up at odd times or not at all. Services were halfway completed and chasing down a refund is a full time job in itself.

i was called and told my service would be 27.50 for a cut and edging. The charged 133.98 to my debit card and said i ordered a raking job. My daughter was at home. They could have asked her. They had no problem calling me prior to the cut. I have been waiting 3 days to get my lawn mowed. No call; no show for the scheduled mowing. The last contractor cut the lawn uneven. Before that they left the gate wide open. This company is totally unreliable. Calls to customer service are a joke and provide no help at all.
I will stand that Loyalty And Honest is their integrity
