This company will stand you up multiple times, try to prove that they were there, and show you pictures of SOMEONE ELSE’S LAWN (like, I don’t know what my own lawn looks like...) and charge you for it! You can never talk to management. They are cowards. Please, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
My friends mother canceled her service and then still continued to come by and as they were told they were not needed they put as job completed after I cut the grass for her. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They lie and will just put completed without even cutting the grass!

Terrible service in Tallahassee Fl. They keep rescheduling but never show. A huge let down and now it’s overgrown! Hope someone from customer service returns my call because nobody seems to answer.
contractor for Lawnstarter stole equipment from me on a jobsite I was working at. Customer service is not making this right. they are more concerned with making excuses for their thieving contractor.
charged me double for high grass fee when my lawn had just been cut the prior week
This company is the worse. I have over two weeks of emails that they promise to come and mow my lawn and nothing. They are unprofessional and when you call them, they just give you empty promises. The final straw is when they send me an email saying that I canceled my subscription, which I never did.
