The second time they came they cut down my Pompas grass and threw the cutting on the corner of my property. They didn’t cut the back yard, only stayed 35 minutes 5 of which was getting equipment and taking pictures. When I complained, nothing was done. I canceled my service with them.
I strongly do NOT recommend this company. If you are considering using their services then I would pass over them and go with a different company. We signed up with LawnStarter to have them Fall clean up out yard every I have the crew on video and pictures blowing all the leaves and debris in back of my garage $charge me $182 for service they didn’t complete. Do not use this horrible company. They will bait and switch you over and over. They do not notify you of when they arriving and do work you don’t ask for. They mutilated my yard and cut up my neighbors bushes. Avoid this company at all cost
Horrible service, had to tell the first crew 5 times to be careful around windows and the guy got in my face and followed me to my door aggressively. So they said they would send someone else...3 different crews came out to my house and each one said no they won’t mow my lawn because there’s rocks in my yard. We signed up with LawnStarter to have them mow out yard every 2 weeks. Most of the time they did NOT show up on time and our yard would go 3 or 4 weeks between cuts. They will charge your card and never actually show up to mow your lawn. This has happened on more than one occasion and the company won't do anything about it. Save your money...
Update: I called customer service and they promised me I’d be taken care of. Nobody showed up to mow lawn again even after I was promised a fix within 24 hours. I canceled my services and will hire someone else who can actually follow through with mowing my yard! Save yourself the headache and find someone else. Do not use this company!!!!! This company is garbage, love the idea but hate the execution. They do not care about customer service and will not make an effort to fix anything they mess up. Can’t tell you how little I recommend them
DO NO USE LAWNSTARTER!!!’n. They mowed my lawn three times with three different crews. First time went OK, second time they canceled due to an emergency in the family said they were going to come back the next day and didn’t show up, didn’t show up the third day, fourth day they got a new crew who did an awful job. The third lawn service was great the crew was wonderful. Went to have the fourth mowing done and the day they were supposed to come they informed me I had a new crew.
