How hard is it to ring a doorbell and inform someone that they might want to call children and pets indoors because you are spraying next door? The spray came through the chain link fence and got the dog in the face! Children were playing feet away from the spray!
I hope your company has good auto insurance after one of your drivers plowed into me and pushed my vehicle into the vehicle in front of me. From the reviews on this page, it seems that such poor performance is to be expected from this company and I expect no one will respond at all to my comments. I work in customer service and you guys seen terrible at it.
Why would I want to do business with a company who sends sales people door to door who are too damn dumb to read a "no soliciting" sign?
I have used Lawn Pride for a year now and it has really made a great difference in how it looks. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the best looking lawn on the block.

I seriously watched the Lawn Pride applicator spray pesticide from one corner of my house to the other side by waving the hose up and down, spraying all over my fabric lawn furniture and even on the windows. I stopped her and then, when she was flippant, I called to cancel our service. I was offered a half-off discount to stay. Hmm...$25 to ruin my patio furniture with pesticide next time? Probably not :-(
Lawn Pride just attempted to treat our lawn at 8:30 am while it was raining after a 2 inch rain yesterday with water standing in the grass. Ruts in the yard. Thanks. The lawn will show your great ability for weeks to come. What a major disappointment! Don't let this happen to your lawn!
