I have a tiny lawn out the front of my house that is looking very unwell at the moment. I called the Lawn Doctor to ask him if he could swing by if he is ever passing & take a look (I didn't expect him to make a special journey for such a small job). The guy was unbelievably helpful, supportive & interested. He talked me through what he was sure the problem was, & after establishing that I was willing to have a go at it myself, he was happy to advise me on what to do. We had leather jackets on our lawn that decimated the grass. We asked another company if they could sort it out. They didn't seem to want to take it on so we got Josh in from lawn doctor. The lawn is now better than when we had the problem. We will now be using lawn doctor to maintain our lawn

Really easy company to use. Used a franchise before, it was very impersonal. I Love the fact we could actually contact the actual person treating our lawns. Plus the lawn has improved in the last year of using Lawn Doctor Essex.
