Honestly, very prideful unprofessional people. Firstly, my agents sent my memorandum 3weeks ago but everytime I would call them to get a status they always said they didn't receive it. I called again yesterday to check the progress and th y said my name wasn't even on the system. Again the agents sent it again yesterday with myself cc'ed. They sent me a quote charging me over twice the expected amount and when I asked them why, they didn't apologise, just sent a new quote asking me to make a payment. Awful service. Terrible communication how Pavan is employed is beyond me 90% of the complaints I have read are to do with him. AVOID
AVOID! VERY SLOW! HORRENDOUS COMMUNICATION! Worse conveyancers. In 6months they only completed 37% of the work. Horrendous communication with myself and the vendors solicitor. I had to chase him to get work done. Sadly it went over the 6months and our mortgage offer ended. Our solicitor was Pavan Roath who seemed incapable of doing this work. It lost thousand and did not get a refund. Better to pay more and get a proper service. Please AVOID.
I bought a property from an Auction house and time was very limited to exchange and complete. I had Ellen as my conveyancer and she really pulled it out the bag and we completed 8 weeks after the offer was accepted. I had some fears along the way but thank goodness it all worked out and Ellen really worked hard to make sure I completed as early as possible. Much appreciated.
I do not recommend choosing this company when buying your property!
