After paying Lawcomm Solicitors for conveyancing in Feb 2022, they failed to diligently check that HTB had removed their charge from my title deeds correctly. I informed Lawcomm of this failure on 22/05/25 when it was brought to my attention and as it stands, on 03/07/25 this still hasn’t been removed. Lawcomm have failed to offer a formal response to my formal complaint within 28 days, as per their complaints procedure, further destroying any confidence in this firm to carry out their duties effectively.
