I contacted illinoislawyers.com about a wrongful death case of my brothers via a on-line form and I received a call back within 5 minutes. That aspect of my interaction with Michael Helfand who is the one who called me is the only part of this review that gets 3 stars. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!!! This guy has NO RESPECT! He also can't have a normal conversation. He needs professional help. NOT a professional. Stay away.
Mike is horrible. I talked to him for 30 seconds. He was really rude. He was screaming at me while I was trying to explain what he asked. I will never recommend him to anyone. He really needs an attitude adjustment. Waste of time. I wish I could rate him 0 stars.
Mike is a great attorney who is our go to attorney in Chicago. His knowledge of the law and ability to get great results is one of his many attributes. I would recommend anybody with an injury claim talk to Mike.

I called Michael and ask a question about wrongful termination. He gave me advise on how to handle it. Very prompt and professional. I really like that. Been reading his BLOG for months and he is true to his word.
Michael yelled at me at the first phone call, this person cannot be professional and should go back to elementary school. I would never go to or recommend an attorney who can't talk without screaming. By the way, he's using such services where he gets leads paying for them, that means only one thing - he is not busy, not popular and apparently a bad attorney.
