Angelica was wonderful. Gave me the tour and all the info. I needed. The place is very charming.
A great place to live, maintenance is always fast, front desk is pleasant and very helpful!! We’ve been here 6 ish months now and we love it.
UPDATE: unfortunately I need to retract 2 stars from my rating, as the maintenance crew will enter your apartment without notifying you, will randomly touch your things (we have a camera inside our apartment) and the office staff essentially told us that was standard protocol and there was nothing to be done. So hopefully everyone in your apartment likes having random men touch your things without permission or notice. :) The apartments are spacious and affordable. I lived in this community for 6+ years. I recently had a job change and a small commute that I was tired of. Ann and Maggie in the office have been there from the beginning. Consistency is big for me. Maintenance never took more than a day. Once my ac went out they put a window unit in till it was fixed. This is a great community with hardworking staff and management. Safe and well maintenance for an older community. I appreciate the years I had here and would recommend to anyone I know.
Staff is super nice and everything fell into place. So far so good and covenant to many things.
