Ignore any negative comments about Laurel Bank Care Home . Amazing staff & the care the residents receive is second to none. Our dad has been in for 3 years now & we have no complaints. He is well looked after & is very happy here… Trust me, he would let us know if he wasn’t. We can’t thank the staff enough for all the help they have given.. not only to our dad but to us as well. Grandad has been at this care home for 3 years & it was the best thing to happen for us as a family. He is cared for so well, all of the staff are so welcoming and lovely, a real home from home. Forever grateful for all of their love and support with him for the past few years. I always look forward to seeing the staff there and can tell they really care for the residents.
