Mum has been a resident at Laurel Bank for the last 8 months. As a family - we were worried that she wouldn’t settle, but I can honestly say - she fit right in from day one. The staff are all fantastic and they certainly do their best to make sure mum is looked after. I am so happy we chose this care home and have absolutely no worries about leaving her in their care. Thank you to all the staff for your continued great work.
My mum is in this home where she as settled really well. Alot of staff are so caring and really bond with all their clients but sometimes I feel the staff have too much to do so not around when needed. The Management are fantastic and listen to any issues we have has a family and keep us informed and updated of anything relating to our mum. I'm glad they are finally getting the entertainment and activities side sorted as I feel sometimes the clients have no interaction. Ignore any negative comments about Laurel Bank Care Home . Amazing staff & the care the residents receive is second to none. Our dad has been in for 3 years now & we have no complaints. He is well looked after & is very happy here… Trust me, he would let us know if he wasn’t. We can’t thank the staff enough for all the help they have given.. not only to our dad but to us as well. We always enjoy our visits & we have a great rapport with the staff & also the other residents & their families. Residents receive great food & alw... read more

Grandad has been at this care home for 3 years & it was the best thing to happen for us as a family. He is cared for so well, all of the staff are so welcoming and lovely, a real home from home. Forever grateful for all of their love and support with him for the past few years. I always look forward to seeing the staff there and can tell they really care for the residents.
