Having been with Laura Jones for a number of years I had a check up appointment cancelled at short notice in 2021 in the middle of the pandemic. Was told that they would call me with a new appointment. Never heard from them. Tried calling them several times since. Just got the answering machine promising someone would call me back asap. Again never heard from them. Twigged it was because I was nhs but they hadn't the guts to tell me that I'd been deregistered without telling me. I'm usually apprehensive about any dental appointment. With Laura Jones you are quickly put at ease. The treatment process is always relaxed and pain free. After five years with this practice, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
