Nightmare!!! Ordered towels from LA Towels: the ones delivered were not as ordered and were dreadful quality, really cheap and nasty, with seams not properly done. Returned via the return label and - no refund. Rang and emailed a month later, was told yes, they'd had the towels back and tried to process the refund but it 'bounced back'. Yeah: right. But they didn't try to refund again (or let me know) till I rang a third time. They then put through a partial refund: £8 (16%) short of what I paid. Again, no contact or explana... read more
