Kind, helpful, knowledgable and trustworthy team. Would highly recommend - and while lots of Google reviews are pretty low-stakes, five stars for a place you trust to zap your face with a laser year after year is a pretty meaningful statement!
I’ve been coming here for laser hair removal since winter 2024, having previously been with a high street clinic where I was not getting results. I am very happy with the progress of my treatment and feel better knowing I’m being seen by qualified professionals now. The pricing is quite reasonable too. The team are very friendly, have answered all my questions and also been able to fit my appointments around work hours. Would definitely recommend!

Very disappointing experience. The clinic is extremely outdated, both in decor and in approach. It’s run by middle-aged to older women who clearly lack up-to-date knowledge of modern skincare treatments, especially those suited for younger clients. Carole at reception was unpleasant and unprofessional, and Dr Hierons seemed completely disconnected from current industry standards. Called today to enquire about the Excel V laser. Was told I needed to pay £25 for the consultation and a further £95 for a test patch - which is mandatory. To give some context, I have had this type of treatment all over the UK for the last 3-4 years (PDL) and have NEVER had to pay for a test patch or a consultation. Test patches are mandatory for good practice and safe measure and no doubt a legal requirement, but charging £95!!! for a single shot of the laser for health and safety is daylight robbery and pure GREED!
