Hate the care here only a few nurses are very nice been here for a week and the care I've gotten here is terrible they take very long to give you ur medication even tho ur hurting very much jus glad my husband is here with me taking care of me!!

I have got to be in the hottest room. It's 80 in here and no one cares. I will definitely have my baby at another hospital. This is insanity, I think I may check myself out if they can't get it together in the next couple hours.
During our emergency room visit the staff treated my grandmother and myself wonderfully. They were kind and very professional. They were excellent in pain management, knowledgeable, and worked as quickly as they could to give us the answers we needed. Thank you Las Palms ER staff!
As a mother your main concern is your child, regardless of their age. My 29 Yr pregnant daughter, sent me a message telling me she didn't feel comfortable. They had told her they were going to get chest x-rays....AGAIN SHE IS PREGNANT!!!! We walked out, no one adressed the issue or even showed concern. There is a reason your emergency room is empty, your staff and their bedside manner suck. My daughter had surgery and the staff at pre-op and recovery were Great!! We loved the care and attention they provided to my daughter! Great Nurses they deserve an applause. Thank you all
