Excellent customer service should be a plus but not at this hospital with the switchboard operators in the way the phone is answered and transferred, Beall is a very rude operator and should not be in the field of work she is in by her attitude, too bad their calls are not monitored to prove how rude this woman is in the way she talks with customers on the phone also the other ones that can not say, please hold or one moment or thank you or have a great day, nothing of that sort with them. My daughter was born here yesterday and can't say enough on how wonderful the staff was. Very attentive and professional. My son was also born here and couldn't ask for a better place for him to have been born in.
Worst hospital staff and service ever. The nurse director tried to fix our issues and she was nice about it. Not all nurses were bad either but in the end. Our experience was horrible! They dropped the ball big time!!! . Thank you nurse , Alex, Rebbecca and Ruby (student).... you were great. The rest, awful! Attitude and ineptitude. Don't bother calling me or messaging me. My grandma is home now and will never step foot in that horrible place. Call my Mother if you want more feedback. I'm done here!
Extremely disappointed with the ER. Took my fiancé there last Thursday was there for having pain. Was there 4 hours then released was still in pain but was given Tylenol and was told he was fine. Later that day took him to another emergency room were he was admitted and token to surgery. But no worries we got your bill already.

Had surgery on Friday and was discharged today. By far had the best staff ever!!. Special thanks to RN Nicole in ICU who treated me with respect and compassion at all times!
Atencion entre regular y bien, mi esposa se registro y nunca le dijeron que tenia que pagar la mitad del procedimiento, cuando llegamos nos preguntaron por el pago. La pantalla que tienen con todos los drs y personas en cirugía no la actualizan, mi esposa siempre estuvo lista para operar y de repente el dr se presento para decirmos que la cirugia habia sido un exito, y la pantalla seguia en pre operatorio.
