I went in complaining of chest pain and migraines. They never asked what meds I was on, they just took blood told me I needed to give them urine, and took me for an x-ray. They gave me Benadryl mixed with Motrin witch I told them I wasn’t I wasn’t supposed to take with my other medication and then gave me something through the IV and told me it might take a couple of hours but it would put me to sleep. RecommendedMy husband had an allergic reaction on his face! They were fast, urgent and made sure he was good to go before he left! What impressed me the most was they did a 2 day follow up call after! They truly care about every patient that comes in! I’m absolutely impressed!
The ER is horrible and the nurses there treat you like garbage.!!! and the bariatric Dr is so anti professional.... one Time they send me home with a catter from the IV home ,I call they respond for me to take it out...
We brought my daughter in because she had a fever of 103.4, turns out she has a double ear infection and upper respiratory infection. Her provider was P.A. James Enriquez. He was phenomenal!! The nursing staff all very caring, compassionate, and amazing despite how busy the ER was. Then, along comes Dr. Roman. Cold. Bitter. Rude. Not my child's provider but DEMANDED we leave the room my child's provider put us in and told us to stay in. The Supervisor for the Intensive Care facility lies to both patients and staff. He should have been fired a year ago. We wonder if he's teaching his children to follow his example. He put me in a very dangerous room in ICU and allowed me to be left alone in same for more than 40 minutes with no supervision whatsoever and a very dangerous medical condition with no way to reach anyone for assistance. He then lied to me, to the floor supervisor and others repeatedly. Hundreds could have been harmed or burned to death because he... read more
