It used to be a lot better as far as care and attention goes. The kitchen regularly runs out of items and sends whatever they want, If you don't like it you can call and reorder and an hour later you might get something.

This hospital is wonderful. I went in with a bad case of pneumonia. The staff is friendly and attentive and the doctors are awesome. I had a wait of three minutes (wow!) before I was seen and I was taken care of immediately. This Is the way hospitals and emergency departments should be. Thank you.
Best hospital in El Paso TX. Everyone is really attentive, they care about you and your health issues and always make the best effort to make ur visit or stay a pleasant stay. But most of all everyone is very very nice. Thank you everyone at Las Palmas for your great service.

Extremely rude I suffer from Huntington's chorea and the Doctor gave me medication for insomnia that causes the symptoms to be aggravated by this medication. I'll never go back.
Everything was great the staff was very pleasant and that they explained everything that was going on with my procedure they made me feel very comfortable on the coming up with my surgery
