First of all they didnt address the initial problem i was really there for. Im in so much pain its ridiculous. The day shift sucks. The night shift are more cordial. They actually care. Well my night nurse did. She was awesome. As far as my DR goes she threatened to call the cops on me cuz when she pushed dwn on a particular part of my stomach, by instinct I moved her hand away. This hospital is awesome and the staff that works there are great! Everyone that works there greets you with a smile and a hello... Drs. and nurses are so caring they listen to you and answer all your questions....My family, friends, and I are rate this place n their staff a 10 n beyond... Our Las Cruces staff should come to your place and learn some lessons from you all cuz here they r mean n not caring at all including the Drs n nurses...And by the way the next day I got a phone call from there to check up on how I was fee... read more
Checked in for surgery only to be told it was cancelled by my doctor. Only good thing they had to pay for my taxi home. Two hours later found out it was a lie. My doctor was told they had problems with the OR. So they lied to me and him and put me in major inconvenience. No customer service what so ever.
Horrible coordination between nurses, doctors and different shifts. No one seems to be responsible for diagnostic. No one knew who said what. My Dad was in the 7th floor and his staying was not a good experience.
Do not go to the emergency room!!!!even when I called to complain about the services i didn't get a call back til 3 days later saying that everything was done correctly!!!walked out exactly the way we went in given tylenol with codeine and discharged knowing he was still in the same amount of pain he went in with initially no labs or tests done can't wait for the extremely high bill for a painkiller!!!!!horrible service

The staff was great as soon as we got to the ER they took us in and started working on my daughter and is the first time I see a Dc come and see a patient more than once and stay with us and explain everything they was going to do.and the RN was going in and out our room checking in my daughter excellent hospital
Not impressed at all. The day nurses on the 7th floor were polite but conveniently forgetful, they forgot to put my mother's dinner, checked on her irregularly... the night nurse Teresa was great though. The a/c didn't work right. Sad.
I am always treated right alwaysy great quick service...
