your service department staff is not friendly or helpful and not customer friendly! Made a appt on friday to bring my car in on Monday, and they had no account of that, then I had to call my warranty company to check how to use my warranty. I decided to not even bother getting my car check out. Did do my oil change as I had bought 2 oil changes last time I was there. Not a very friendly service dept. no smiles or greeting no recore with the customer just with themselves.

I went on Tuesday for my scheduled maintenance. I got 8 miles away and my tire pressure light came on. Something they should of checked. I pulled into Discount and two tires were low. Also they didn’t reset car so it kept blinking telling me I still needed service. I was asked to drive it back the 10 miles so they could reset it. Which they did however they didn’t put in when I need to return for service maintenance again. It just reads 0! This is not my first horrible experience with this service department.
Service department is on point and recommend services needed no pressure very knowledgeable and super helpful!! They answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I understood everything !!
Elijah was the best person to work with. He made the car buying experience easy and was very helpful. We were actually turned off by a previous experience with another representative at this VW. Gave it one more chance and were pleasantly surprised by how much better Elijah made the experience. He was prompt with responses to our questions and was very helpful.
Service writers are very knowledgeable. Always in and out in a reasonable time. And I get the car washed.
