RecommendedMicheal Abalos was awesome, so easy to work with. Went into great detail about the vehicle, listened to what we were looking for and got us an awesome deal in record time and even delivered the car to our home so we didn’t have to drag our young kiddo to the dealership. Do not buy a car from larry h miller . My wife and were lied to when it came to transferring my special handicap plates. I specifically instructed both salesman and Finance mrg and included documentation supporting our special. They were well aware of situations and purposely just titled car in wifes name not allowing me to retain my handicap plates. If they could not do as requested we should have told.
Michael Abalos was awesome! He knew exactly how to help me and my family chose the right vehicle and kept it well within our budget! This was the easiest, fastest car buying experience of my life! I will be sending all my friends and family to Michael. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and going above and beyond!!!

We received excellent service from Elijah. After having our 2018 VW Jetta Wolfsburg serviced, we received a call saying that they loved our car and wanted to give us an offer. We sat on it, and thought about it for a few days. Originally we wanted a Atlas but it just wasn’t in the cards for us, so we decided on a Tiguan. Elijah went above and beyond by communicating with me via text, and bringing the Tiguan to the house for us to check out. I have had nothing but issues with this dealer from the start. For starters when I bought my car I was talked into their “new buyer program” and was told it came with lifetime oil changes for the car which is what sold me because those things add up. Well turns out, it did not come with lifetime oil changes, and the financial rep who sold it to me was fired a few months later for that along with many other reasons. This place is a complete JOKE. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. You will be waiting for hours. You WILL be lied to and be promised many things that no one will follow through with. Bryan was our sales man and ED was the finance guy. ED NEVER returned my phone call and I had to text Bryan multiple times ONLY to be told “I don’t have an answer for you but I’ll get one and let you know” then of course he wouldn’t let me know. WORST dealership in the valley!!! If I could give a zero stars rating I would but I can’t
