Smelling burnt clutch scent when getting in my car after the second service drop off this Monday. The young man who worked in service couldn’t drive a manual and mentioned he was learning how to drive a stick. I see he was learning how to drive with my car. I had to stop him from damaging anymore. Wondering when this dealership will replace my clutch now that I lost a good amount of the clutch life. Not sure if I trust and/or consider Avondale for repeated business.

10/10 would recommend! I got my dream car, excellent service, and a modified bill that suites me! Most people don’t buy cars under the assumption that it’s hard but VW made it super fast and easy. I began the process online with Internet sales rep Elijah Jaramillo (highly recommend going about it this way if you don’t have lots of time & he’s great). I can say I’m thoroughly pleased and will maintain my business there.

Elijah was very friendly, professional and showed lots of patience while not pushing for anything. I appreciate that he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with out purchase.
