I bought a used Jetta 1 1/2 years ago at a non-VW dealer, and gave only needed oil changes to date. I received a recall notice and looked for the nearest VW dealership which brought me to you! Mike was welcoming and quick to take care of me. The amount of time to complete the replacement was quicker than advised...big win! The waiting area was beautiful and filled with goodies. I purchased my Eos there about five years ago; I have always taken it back for routine service and for any problems. The Eos was not a cheap jcar and I plan to keep it for a very long time; so I want the VW people to keep her running in top form. I'm not saying I haven't had problems; like a recall and a couple of parts failing prematurely - but I bought the extended warrenty which just put to good use. Was in a car accident, which our truck was totaled and Elijah helped me get a car same day. Happy with the car and customer service was amazing. Highly recommended to go in and see about a car! Ask for Elijah!
