i had been to 2 auto dealers prior to my visit to VW was not impressed with sales persons. at VW i asked the sakes person to convince me why i should buy a VW he asked what i was looking for. i said #1 car had to have a good safety score, get good gas mileage and zero percent interest. Hands down, the easiest buying experience ever! Elijah kept me informed with all my options. I kept changing my mind on models, and trim lines. I was upfront with what I would put down and what my payments would be. Done deal. Richard helped me when I came in on Elijah’s day off, even though Elijah offered to come in to meet me.... just felt like a valued customer. P.S. I love my SEL Premium Jetta!
