I love this store, by the time I get off my car I have someone to greet me it makes me feel special and I love my car he helped me choose. They make great recommendations. Definitely a five star for customer service 😁
Hopefully I am not the exception to the rule. I have received nothing but excellent service from Kyle my service Rep. and everyone else I have dealt with @ LMVW. I own a '14 Passat TDI and I opted for the fix as opposed for the buy out. Had a few issues with the car but Kyle and All the rest of the Service Advisors and Dave when he was Service Manager made sure the issue was taken care of and IMO went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Always a fast and efficient service. Very low sales pressure. Great prices. And free coffee and donuts while you wait. Love them !!
Worst car buying experience ever. Sign and drive...yes....and then broken promises, horrible customer service and the run around. I love my car but disgusted that this place got a penny of my money. Find another Volkswagen dealership if you ever intend on purchasing a vehicle.
