Worst experience ever, took my car today to get my battery replaced, my appointment was at 7 am, so they told me my car should be ready by 1pm. when i when back to pick up my car it wasnt ready. In fact a lady (Barbara) told me they havent even started working n my car, but yet nobady called me to let me know my car wasnt ready. Worst service.!

Took my Passat for a factory recall and they fixed it right away. And as a plus they provided an Uber to take me home after dropping it off.
I has an amazing experience yesterday. Our sales associate Steven was extremely helpful and patient and helped us in every way possible, and it didn't stop with him from the sales manager Tony all the way down to the financing team was absolutely amazing. We left feeling so grateful and appreciated. I can not recommend this dealership more if you are looking for a vehicle. We drive 1 hr to go to this dealership and it's definitely worth the drive thanks Larry H Miller VW :)
