Went to test drive an Atlas today. Was three-teamed by Curly, Larry and Moe. (Moe thought he was invisible inside his glass office!) They tried to hold my car key hostage, while they played their pitiful version of “Deal or no Deal.” Got out of there before they brought out the water-boarding crew! No thanks.😡
All around horrible experience at this dealerships service department. Yesterday I discovered that my vehicle had an improper oil change in May 2019, at LHMVW service department. They didn’t screw the cap back on tight enough, which caused a slow oil leak. My engine started making crazy noises, and alerted me to shut engine off immediately, due to oil pressure issues. RecommendedBuying a car can be nerve wracking at least for me it is. You know you're promised one thing but when you arrive it's usually a different story. Not true with the guys at Larry H. Miller. I didn't have the best circumstances regarding buying a vehicle but Richard and Andres were very straight forward, professional, and friendly, which made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle less stressful. I highly recommend buying your next car from these guys.
