I tried to buy a car from Michael, but when he started writing arrows, numbers, acronyms that didn’t make sense on a worksheet, I asked questions. The responses were all in doubletalk. What are clear cup and edge guards for $199.00? Doc fee way too high. Can anyone explain this? Keep it simple- price of car, tax, title, license, doc fee. I bought the same make and model car in WA state and drove it 1500 miles back to AZ. Thanks anyway:(
I brought my vehicle in for a recall where I met Thomas and everyone else in servicing for the first time. They were all very nice and accommodating but I have to give them 3 stars because though service was fast they gave me the wrong key to a vehicle that wasn't even mines. They then told me to have a seat to locate my key which took them about 15mins (which is a long time to locate a key) and all I could think was 'suppose they mixed up my receipt with someone elses and incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle & completed work th... read more

Best Car buying experience I’ve ever had!! They had us in and out in well under 2 hours with a brand new car! We shopped around at other Volkswagen dealers but this one is FAR superior to the rest in the valley. Brian was very professional/knowledgeable as well as everyone else that we interacted with. Above all, they treated us fair and like family!
Barb and the service team always do a great job taking care of my CC. I trust them to do a great job I called Barb for recommendation on getting my wife’s Mazda taken care of!
Not only do the service representatives lie about getting service done that isn't needed. they say it will void your warranty when it won't. icing on top. they have sales representatives fishing on dating sites! Leave us alone. Guy should not be on a dating app trying to force anyone to get a car! Never coming to you again! Peoria Volkswagen has better prices, and they don't sexually harrass you!!
