I bought my Volkswagen Beetle convertible here 4 years ago I’m still enjoying my car. This review is for the service department they are friendly explain what they will do to the car while servicing they do and step by step great job Tom was excellent and friendly to work with. I will keep going there in the future.
RecommendedI dealt with Jason and he could not have been more accommodating. I typically don't go to a dealer for service because of the cost, but Jason explained everything in detail. Still don't like the cost but both Jason and the service performed were first rate.

I always take my Volkswagen Beetle to this location for any type of service or questions. The staff is super helpful and is interested in making your experience the most delightful. I must confess that I was compeltely astonished when the representative helped figure out if I had major guard coverage. I definitely would not have looked into that, saving hundred of dollars. I really appreciate them.
Brought our Passat in for the engine light being on. They ran diagnostics and found a leak on the gas cap. Service cost was ~3x the cost of a replacement cap, which in our opinion was pretty excessive. Not surprised, unfortunately. We’ve been happy with the Passat and the service here, just their costs are consistently higher then comparable work done elsewhere on other vehicles.

The process went well and the finance part went better than I expected. We love the new 2019 Jetta and will come back in the future to buy another VW from this dealership.
