Waited 4 hours for an oil change an then they said I needed a wheel alignment, then I get home an my tire light come on....smh not good :(

Shop just tried to sell me a spark plug change. $200 , with $60 dollars off normal price. Well I changed out the plugs myself. NKG plugs, same ones the dealer puts in the car, $1.98 each at auto zone. Took me 25 mins to change them out. Their charge brake down was $17 for each NKG plug and 1.5 hours of shop time. So they were charging on hour of shop time for nothing. When I confronted them on it, I got the run around. I was a new customer in the service department. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and a warranty issue with my seat belt, Kyle in the service department said they couldn't fix the issue it wasn't an warranty defect. Possibly it was in a car accident and they had to remove the door panel or the air bags where deployed that was his explanation.
