Why am I waiting 3 hours for an oil change? Did not offer me a shuttle home while waiting! I have bought 6 cars her over the last decade and the service just gets worse! Never again!!
NEVER BUY A CAR HERE ! UNETHICAL ..went to the used car sale at the stadium..told us that they could give us this great deal on our trade in AND get us into NEW car for the payment we said we afford. All we needed to do was go over to the dealership in Avondale to complete the deal. This was a SCAM ..when we got there thet wouldn't / couldn't honor the deal. Wasted our time - felt lied to and deceived !!!
Alex really helped with my needs and situation to get me the car I wanted. He was so honest and friendly, he made me feel very comfortable. I'm so happy with my car and love that they really wanted to take care of me. This was my first car purchase and I'm glad I went here.
I really love my 2012 VW EOS and actually my client sold me the car. If it wasn't for Barb in Service for her great customer skills and patience, I would probably be writing to Germany right this moment. Hopefully Barb doesn't get burned out too quick from picking up the dropped communications. That is all
So here is my rant... The salesman that helped me was great but the finance guys was a complete ass!!! Failed to deliver on a promise and the payment was more then originally agreed upon. I contacted the GM and was passed off onto 3 or 4 people. Phone calls were not returned and nothing has been resolved. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!
Worst service. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment for an oil change i am still waiting. Get it together.
This place is AWFUL! Sales People are RUDE & overall very dishonest, they lied about a Truck Price and lead me on for 3 over Hours! Please go somewhere else do NOT ever go to this Dealership!
