will NOT be goin back to this dealership! Been coming here for my oil changes always a long wait.. this time I was told a price for my oil change over the phone the day before so I schedule it. Go in the next day to to get it done, once done they tell me the total is $130.00!! For a OIL CHANGE!!!! Felt stuck had to pay as they had already done it.. This is ridiculous! Last time I take my truck here!!
I went in for my first oil change on my new Jeep Wrangler. I received text to keep me updated on the progress while I waited and it was finished ahead of schedule. I also really appreciate that they didn’t try to up sale me.
I was very happy with my experience! It was very simple and I appreciate that the dealership wasn't pushy at all. I was in and out within 2 and 1/2 with a new vehicle! Thank you!

We got a flat tire and had it sent there. The tire was not repairable. The service department was very patient with us. We didn’t want to spend the money and buy the tire through them. Instead we ordered it and a week later it came in. As soon as they got the tire they put it on and also fixed a recall a usb problem and serviced the car. They were very fast friendly and honest. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Ram dealership. I took my pro master van, which is actually a Travato RV by Winnebago, to have my back door latch fixed. Other Ram dealers wouldn’t even look at it, but this dealership not only looked at it but they fixed it and way under the quote they originally gave me. I was in and out of there in under 2 hours. The waiting room area is large and comfortable, and even has a workstation with charging cords for laptops and phones. 5+ stars!
