There customer service and attention to detail
LHM Riverdale changed my opinion of them, which I didn’t believe possible. After a change in staff I actually agreed to give them a chance. They surprised me with their willingness to deal. Sean in sales and Chris in finance are great!

The sales group is definitely motivated and will do there best to get you the best deal possible. I am not very pleased with the service after you purchase a vehicle and have concerns or problems that need addressed, the sales rep wasn’t helpful at all. The service department greeting team is good, but I didn’t have a good experience with the service rep assigned to me so fare, didn’t call back when they said or contact me about my car I had to chase down him for information even after being told they would contact me. To be honest I have experiences at LHM that were not always the best. However this visit went quite well. Frank was very friendly and honest about the timeframe. He also identified a recall my vehicle needed that I had previously given up on getting help with. I liked how he took personal responsibility for the services my car needed this visit. The only downside is that the express lane isn’t quite express in my opinion, but that’s probably something that can’t be helped.
Had my truck serviced and a recall fixed. Courteous staff, easy atmosphere and questions answered with knowledge and understanding.
Service department is always on point, great teamwork.
