RecommendedCustomer service here is friendly and professional. On my last visit I used a complimentary oil change coupon I had been given in the past and they also did a tire rotation and a 19 point check on my vehicle along with the oil change so I could take it on a road trip! There’s a toy room I can wait in with my children while my vehicle is being serviced and popcorn that makes it fun for the kids.
I had 3 vehicles to trade on new vehicles and they only gave me about 15k less than trade in value even though I bought all three vehicle from LHM dealer originally.
I bought a car a year ago he had 130,000 miles on it I said it was too much they offered me a warranty for an additional 150 thousand miles I have paid over $4000 in repairs nothing paid by insurance I was told the door of the car did not have was not part of the car when electrical window had to be fixed I definitely would buy a different car had I known
The service department is friendly and very good at their job!
The staff at Larry H Miller are always friendly and efficient. And they have popcorn and hot chocolate (and coffee) while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. And two large screen TVs. My only disappointment is that they did not have the new jeep gladiator pickup truck in the show room. I suspect it is not yet off the production line.

This dealership was the WORST customer service I have ever had. Salesman Alex Huff showed me a car and after I said I would like to buy it, he went in the back and then returned and told me he had officially ran the numbers for it through a lender. I said I would think on it and come back in a couple days. I found out two days later that not only had he NOT ran the numbers, but the bank was closed and all he could provide me were guesses, despite his ASSURANCE that the numbers were official and wouldn’t change.
