I ask them to wash my truck, they applied my bug shield without washing it! So I asked again to wash it, they took 40 minutes and did not even wash the bed of the truck or clean the inside, I would not recommend this place to anyone

great oil change program. needed a new Cadillac converter to pass emissions. it was gonna take a week just to get the part and cost 1600.00. I decided to look around and ended up getting it fixed that day for 900.00. always have friendly staff

I cant recommend anything about this place. We bought the "amazing" protection plan (MOPAR) and were sold very hard on it because of all the extra protection. We bought a brand new Pacifica 10 months ago and have nothing but problems and everytime we brought it in to have it fixed we felt like we were almost bothering them. 2 1/2 weeks ago the transmission completely failed. Service center staff is awesome
The staff is courteous. I really like the oil change deal, however I was told it would take 45 minutes and it took more like an hour and 15 minutes. However, in their defense. they were very busy.
