Horribly unprofessional staff, "Jerry rig" fixes, long hold times for simple status updates, etc etc. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Their service department has taken good care of our vehicles for years. We have especially enjoyed working with Zack Burrows. He has taken time to get to know us and our vehicles and remembers us even when it's been awhile since we've seen him. Their oil change deal is great! Everyone there is professional and friendly. Their shuttle/Uber service makes the whole thing super easy. I definitely recommend!

They have excellent service with oil changes and deals for oil changes. When it comes to fixing your vehicle you don’t know who to go to or they have very minimum people to service you in that department. They have very bad customer service. My last experience I had I dropped off my car to get an oil change and to fix my check engine light. They called me once and I picked up, but once I picked they hung up to probably say they called me. I ended up calling the main phone the next day and they said my car was done.
