I’ll never buy a vehicle from Miller H Dodge ram from this company ever again the owner let the jazz players take a knee at an anthem why would you uphold us and disrespect our flag when there’s so many lives it cost to be the land of the free never buy from them again you don’t support the flag we won’t support you and buy from you again I go to a game somebody needs to apologize and say something to the players it this is unacceptable it makes me sick to my stomach thank you

My sister brought her Jeep in and paid $900 for repairs. When picking the Jeep up she got on the road and realized that all 4 tires lug nuts were extremely loose she could twist them off with her fingers! I can’t even begin to explain how dangerous this “mistake” was! You put her life and everyone around her life in danger!

We dropped our Jeep off Saturday..paid 550.00 to fix the problem causing the check engine light to come on... only to have it come back on on our way home. Dropped the Jeep off Monday morning and it is now Wednesday and nobody is returning our calls or giving us any update as to what is going on. My husband did say he didn’t need the Jeep this week so if you haven’t gotten to it yet that’s fine.. but we need an update or a phone call back ASAP. Please!

Been coming there for years. You won’t have to worry about that much longer!!!! I will use the remainder of my oil changes then you will never see me again! 2.5 hours. Everyone around me came and went in a reasonable amount of time, the guy I was right behind left over an hour before me. When asked for status was told 20 more minutes which was really 45 minutes. Not okay!! I don’t even believe you did your freaking job. I will pay more to be treated like a valued customer.
Came in this morning (first time Jeep owner ) the gentleman was not having it this early in the morning . He seemed annoyed or in a bad mood . Sucks that I have never been here before and thanks to him it’s making me think twice about coming back a second time 🤦🏻♂️ . Thanks for the “ AMAZING” customer service Landon ! 😠 Update I ended up waiting 3 hours for an Oil change until I received notice that it was still waiting to get checked SERIOUSLY so annoyed !!
