customer service!! is the worse I've ever had to deal with any were..if fact I'm going to trade in my car and never buy another dodge car again due to the repetitive bad service. and I love dodge cars it's the only brand of car I've owned sense I started driving over 30 years ago...until now.

Are you in the market for a car? DO NOT purchase from Larry Miller. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Sales and service do not communicate at all and will leave you high and dry for multiple days. People quitting left and right .... and then have the audacity to tell you that the issue you initially pointed out is “not my problem” Save yourself a headache. Go to highlands ranch.

The staff at Larry H Miller WILL DIRECTLY LIE TO YOUR FACE. They will not return phone calls. Sad company, go elsewhere, save the headache.

We had the three oil change packages for one year and only got a chance to use two of them..they said the third one expired even when it was not time for an oil change.

hard to recommend for me. the initial buying experience was pretty rocky. first I was approved for a tier 1 loan , then I wasnt, then I was. I was told I was signing a 2 year lease when it was actually three. they dont provide loaner vehicles if yours needs to be fixed. A lot of miscommunication going on within the sales team. took my truck in for some recalls and a window fix, was told just to bring it in the next day. brought it in, was told I needed an appointment. had to wait 3 days just to have my window fixed. top all ... read more

Service staff was able to me in right away on a Friday morning and got the job done by that afternoon. Josh was very polite and so helpful. I would definitely recommend this LHM service location!
