Purchased a new $67,000 Ram truck from these guys about two weeks ago. Very happy with the service department I was able to get a turbo actuator replaced less then 24 hours after I called to try and set up an appointment. Thanks for all the hard work.

Do not go here! worst service department ever! Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Not only was my vehicle robbed (over $3000 of tools and belongings from the vehicle while it was in the care of this dealership), after one week no one called to tell me anything, then I waited 2 days while they "looked" at it, and then after a week told me I need to start over somewhere else because they are not "business link" - whatever that is. Almost every time I use them they fail to do their job. If it’s not leaving my oil filter loose it’s giving me the wrong information about when a major service is due. This time I marked my wheels to see if they got rotated and sure enough they didn’t. I called to complain but the service department never answered the phone. I went online and was assured someone would contact me but 4 days later...nothing. They also can’t ever agree on which oil I use.
