My truck has been in and out of this shop for the same warranty issue for the better part of 2months. The dealer did not follow the direction of the manufacturer on multiple occasions which has delayed the process a ton. They canceled my rental for no reason (even though the manufacturer is paying for it). Not once did a shop manager call or update me - even after the manufacturer advised him to.
