I worked with Travis to get my Chrysler Towne & Country fixed. He did an amazing job! I had taken to a different dealership, but they gave me the worst service and said the part needed was back ordered. Not only did Travis get the part in a few days, but found out it was covered by Mopar. Also while my vehicle was there they found another big issue and had it fixed. I will take both my Mopar vehicles there for service. Amazing work and communication!

This dealership went out of their way to make purchasing a pre-owned truck difficult. They promised to fix two small things on my vehicle which I paid cash for, and it's been almost 3 weeks at this point. I've been lied to repetitively, and every department just points their fingers at the other departments. It took a week to take delivery and nothing had been done. The staff was very helpful when it came to the initial purchase...but no one seemed to care when I had some questions later on. I couldn't get anyone to call me back. It changed my mind regarding future purchases.

Spent over $1,500–that part was fine, and expected. Was kept up to date. Problem-when I got my Jeep back and drove it away, it was not aligned. The steering wheel pulls to the right. It did not do that when I dropped off. They told me that they didn’t do it, and didn’t know what to tell me. It’s too bad as I am planning on selling my Jeep 2010 wrangler Rubicon and buying a new one in the next year. Won’t be here.
