I had the most terrible experience with the service department that I’ve ever had here. I scheduled an alignment on my Ram 3500 Dually TWO weeks in advance for this past Saturday. Prior to my scheduled appointment, LHM performed a RAM recall (L06 or something) for the front drive arm nut, so they tack welded the bolt in place. recently bought a 2019 Dodge Durango that I love however the experience I received wasn't great at all. The car was dirty inside and out asked the sales man if I could get it recleaned and I got a response "well you did come in late in the day" I felt like I was a bother when asked if it could get recleaned also the car didn't even come with floor mats!! "Well Chrysler and dodge dont issue floor mats for your model" WOW just wow not a plesent experience at all but I do like my car I clean it myself and buy my own floor mats!... read more

I recently had an awful experience with this dealership. I took my car in for an issue with the door locks. They thought the issue would be resolved by replacing the actuators. I was told by Andrew (service advisor) that the cost to change out the actuators would be refunded if it didn’t fix my door lock issues. i wasn't welcomed when I pulled into the Service area. I sat at the desk area for 5-10 min before anybody said anything to me. I then stated that I had an appointment for an oil change and some guy said hold on, then another 5-10 min went by then some other guy finally helped me out.. it was my first time taking my vehicle there... oh well I have 2 more oil changes in my package so we'll see how the next go round is..

Worst customer service Experience ever.
I bought my RAV4 in May of 2019 from Bobby. Everything was great the first day. Now it’s July, I’m late for registering my car, which is no fault of theirs. However, I go to the DMV and they don’t have the paperwork from the dealership. They have had plenty of time to send the paperwork over.
