This place is terrible. The only good thing about this place is Crystal. They give you the runaround and sell Lemons. They aren't willing to make it right either. The only thing keeping this place alive is the surrounding dealerships. I bet Larry H. Miller is turning in his grave knowing how terrible his dealership is being ran.

We tried to buy a car yesterday and it was astounding how difficult the management team made it and when we tried to ask questions about the forms and process they told us we “were being confrontational and should do what they say because they do this everyday”. We were paying cash and they wanted a credit app signed, they first said they wouldn’t pull credit and then said they would. They lost a deal because they kept trying to get me to sign a credit application even though I was paying cash, a tax exemption document even though I was paying tax, and tried to get me to sign my trade in title over even though we weren’t finishing the transaction that day.

My experience with the service department was beyond the call of duty. I was 1200 miles from home and needed help with my 2016 dodge diesel. Dillion and Tyler got me back on the road quick and efficiently. This service department has got there business together. I have waited for days to get my truck repaired and these guys fixed a major problem in two hours.
